Notice of Course Withdrawal Application Period for the First Semester of 2025 ※ Please make sure to check the attached file.
1. Withdrawal Application Period: April 28, 2025 (Mon) 09:00 ~ May 2, 2025 (Friday) 18:00
2. How to Apply for Withdrawal: Submit the withdrawal application directly through the Integrated Information System
Academic → Courses → Course enrollment → Withdraw → Search → Select the course from the‘Course Registration List’→ Request withdrawal → Confirm in the‘Course withdrawal List’
※ Withdrawal cancellation is only possible within the application period and must be done by the student personally (Select the course from the‘Course Withdrawal List → Cancel Withdrawal → Check in the ‘Course Registration List’)
3. Withdrawal Approval Confirmation: After May 7, 2025 (Wed) via the Integrated Information System ❍‘Academic → School Register → Search School Register → Courses’ or ‘Academic → Courses → Course enrollment → Print Enrollment Verification’
4. Important Notes ❍ Withdrawal from all courses is not allowed: After withdrawal, at least one course must remain registered ❍ You cannot replace a withdrawn course with another course ❍ No tuition refund for withdrawn courses ❍ Withdrawal cannot be canceled after the deadline ❍ No need to check with the professor when applying for withdrawal
5. Withdrawal Policy Information ❍ Withdrawn courses do not affect the GPA and will be removed from the tran ❍ If a retaken course is withdrawn: The previously earned credits will be retained → The withdrawn course for the semester will be deleted
